Felicity has more than ten years of commercial and marketing experience within the sports industry, and has represented a full portfolio of stakeholders: clubs, governing bodies, agencies, rights holders and brands.
She successfully created and launched a commercial strategy for the debenture scheme at Twickenham stadium for the Rugby Football Union, including developing the creative route for a new membership brand. The strategic approach generated £25m revenue that year, 25% above target. Globally, Felicity has created commercial strategies for the Castelão and Beira-Rio World Cup 2014 stadiums in Brazil and the Grand Stade in Le Havre, France.
Through strategic management, Felicity has consistently lead commercial sales departments to exceed targets for a range of sports organisations including England Rugby, West Ham United, Brighton & Hove Albion, Sunderland and Charlton Athletic among others.
Felicity is passionate about fan relations and consistently uses her creative commercial expertise in the sports sector to fuel the virtuous cycle of increased engagement, increased audience and increased revenue.
