In early 2018 Stadimax were contracted to assist Aberdeen FC with the launch of a new
membership initiative. Working closely with the Club’s marketing and commercial departments, their remit covered the development of a sales strategy, all out-bound sales materials, the creation of a Supporter Engagement Team, delivery of their recruitment and training, integration with Club systems, preparation of sales scripts, targets and incentives, mentoring the future team leader for SET, management of
the overall out-bound sales process and the development of comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting.
