As Managing Director of the Stadimax Group, Ken possesses a deep understanding of the commercial landscape within professional sports. He has successfully raised over £280 million for clients through his expertise in managing the sales programme of premium memberships, season tickets, major sponsorships, naming rights and Stadimax’s multi-award winning FansFund programme.
Ken played a pivotal role in achieving a complete sell-out at the 60,000-seat London Stadium for West Ham United, securing over £40 million for the club prior to a ball being kicked. He also led the season ticket sales migration project from inception to completion, showcasing his strategic direction and leadership.
Preceding various new stadium developments across the UK, Ken and his team has led more than a dozen deep level premium seat research projects for leading English Premier League clubs, including Liverpool FC, Brentford FC and Brighton & Hove Albion FC, as well as several lower league teams and professional rugby clubs across the UK.

In 2013, Richie collaborated with former Liverpool FC player Craig Johnston on a proposal for a Liverpool FC sister club in Western Sydney. This initiative included plans for a state-of-the-art stadium developed by Stadimax, designed to host diverse sports and entertainment events to enhance community engagement and economic growth.
