A landmark two-year project to assist with the delivery of more than 50,000 seats and £40M in premium seat membership and season ticket sales revenue.

Stadimax also led and coordinated the complex migration of more than 20,000 individual season ticket holders and corporate supporters from the historic Boleyn Ground at Upton Park to the iconic London Stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Stadimax key responsibilities included:

  • Strategy development assistance for the sale of 50,000 seats
  • White label role as “Ticketing Director – New Stadium”
  • Day-to-day management of official 2,600 sqm. WHU Reservation Centre
  • Day-to-day management of an 18-member sales team
  • Sales training for all staff

Stadimax was originally tasked with the sale of 2,800 premium memberships and 35,000 season tickets, but due to early success, the targets were increased to the maximum sell-out of 3,600 premium seats and 52,000 season tickets. This represented a 160% increase over Upton Park numbers two years earlier, a European record for any top-flight stadium move. In addition to the sell-out success, West Ham currently has 53,000 people on a season ticket waiting list.

A Word from West Ham

“Stadimax, led by Ken Sharp, managed the sales process of both our ‘Club London’ premium seat sales and season ticket sales at our West Ham United Reservation Centre at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This represented a significant undertaking given we had over 30,000 supporters to process, a team of 18 sales agents to manage and more than 52,000 seats to deliver.

This sales project marked the beginning of a new benchmark of professionalism in the way West Ham United deals with supporters and premium clients as we head into an exciting new era for the club. In this regard I’m delighted to report that Stadimax and the sales team have delivered sales to the very highest standards of professionalism, as has been verified by the hundreds of very positive post-seat selection surveys posted by our supporters each week during the sales process.”
